All students follow a Personal Social Health and Economic Education (PSHEe) course from Year 7 to Year 11. PSHEe education equips students with the knowledge, understanding attributes and practical skills to live healthy, safe, productive, fulfilled, capable and responsible lives.

It encourages them to be enterprising and supports them in managing their finances effectively.  

PSHEE Education covers

  • drugs and alcohol 
  • emotional health and well being
  • sex and relationship education
  • nutrition and physical activity
  • personal finance
  • safety
  • careers education
  • work related learning

PSHEE is delivered in a variety of ways

  • learning opportunities across the curriculum
  • specific lessons
  • whole school themed day activities
  • specific projects
  • information, support and guidance on specific areas of learning  and development
  • learning through involvement in then life of the school and wider community
